CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Job Description
Spirit of Health and Eden Studio are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help grow both brands through engaging, educational, and inspiring content.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing social media content while helping execute the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate enjoys storytelling, generating new ideas, following social media trends, and creating content that educates, inspires, and connects with people.
Content will support holistic health, natural supplements, wellness therapies, Pilates, fitness, workshops, events, and other services offered by both brands.
Job responsibilities for the content creator & social media specialist include, but are not limited to:
Social Media Content
Create and manage content for:
Spirit of Health: 5 posts per week
Eden Studio: 2 posts per week
Create educational, promotional, inspirational, and entertaining content.
Produce reels, stories, graphics, carousel posts, videos, and other engaging content.
Write captions consistent with each brand’s voice.
Design graphics using Canva and approved design platforms.
Optimize content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other approved platforms.
Video Content & Repurposing
Use Opus Clip and other AI tools to repurpose long-form content into social media assets.
Create hooks, captions, headlines, subtitles, and calls-to-action.
Repurpose content into reels, stories, clips, graphics, and promotional content.
Maintain a library of evergreen content.
Content Capture & Organization
Attend classes, workshops, events, and promotions to capture photos and videos.
Film practitioners, instructors, team members, products, services, classes, and events.
Capture behind-the-scenes content that highlights the mission and culture of both brands.
Organize and maintain digital media libraries and marketing assets.
Content Strategy & Scheduling
Brainstorm and develop content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.
Contribute ideas for wellness services, supplements, Pilates, classes, workshops, events, product launches, and client success stories.
Maintain content calendars and schedule content using approved software.
Coordinate revisions and approvals with the Marketing Manager.
Keep content scheduled 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.
Social Media Growth
Research trends and industry best practices.
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Support promotions, events, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Qualifications
Required
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to consistently generate creative content ideas.
Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and visual content.
Proficiency with Canva and major social media platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Ability to accept feedback and implement revisions.
Preferred
Photography, videography, or basic video editing experience.
Interest in holistic health, wellness, Pilates, fitness, or faith-based organizations.
Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

This is a part-time role of 5-10 hours weekly, but will increase to full-time as SOH grows.
Starting pay based on experience: $20 - $22 an hour.
