Job Description

  The Production Manager of the Warehouse Branch takes ownership of the daily production flow by actively leading and participating in the hands-on creation of Spirit of Health products. This role is primarily responsible for producing bulk herb blends, encapsulations, tinctures, and other warehouse products with excellence, consistency, efficiency, and accuracy to ensure inventory levels properly support both online order fulfillment and the needs of the physical store.

     The Production Manager partners with the Director of Warehouse Operations to determine daily production priorities and answer questions about product creation, inventory flow, and distribution. In addition to hands-on production work, this role may also assist with shipping and receiving, stocking shelves, inventory organization, and store product pulls as needed to help maintain smooth Warehouse operations.

     The Production Manager will work alongside the Director of Warehouse Operations to help streamline, simplify, and improve production systems’ efficiency whenever possible. This role requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time and safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Job responsibilities for the Warehouse Production Manager include:

1) Production Flow & Product Creation: helps maintain the daily production flow of the Warehouse Branch, takes ownership of hands-on production and oversight of the Warehouse team’s creation of herbal blends, tinctures, and encapsulations, maintains quality standards and a sanitary work environment, and orders production-related supplies such as all supplies needed for SOH Brand product creation.

2) Inventory, Quality Control & Equipment Management: assists with receiving bulk herbs and ensuring quality control, stocks shelves, maintains inventory organization, and works alongside Operations Manager to manage and maintain all equipment related to production.

3) Warehouse Team Support: functions as someone who fills the gap of warehouse operational needs by supporting shipping and receiving processes, such as product and herb order fulfillment, assisting with warehouse cleaning and store product pulls on an as-needed basis.

This is a full-time role of 36+ hours weekly Monday – Friday.

Starting pay based on experience: $20-$22/hour
