Cranberry Orange Sauce
TIME: 15 MIN | YIELD: 2 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 ounce package of whole fresh cranberries 
- 1 cup apple juice 
- Zest of 1 orange 
- Juice of 1 orange 
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger 
- 3/4 cup raw honey 
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. 
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries are bursting and desired texture is achieved. 
- Remove from stove and allow to cool. 
- Enjoy warm or cold! 
NOTES:
May substitute half the amount of honey by mixing in 1/8 teaspoon powdered stevia or more to your desired taste at the end of cooking time.
