Cranberry Orange Sauce
- 12 oz package of whole fresh cranberries
- 1 cup apple juice
- zest of 1 orange
- juice of 1 orange
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- ¾ cup raw honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries are bursting and desired texture is achieved. Remove from stove and allow to cool. Enjoy warm or cold!
*May substitute half the amount of honey by mixing in 1/8 teaspoon powdered stevia or more to your desired taste at the end of cooking time.
