Hibiscus Limeade

Ingredients:

Directions:

Boil four cups of water in a saucepan. Remove the water from heat and add the hibiscus and mint leaves. Allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea and mix in the honey until completely dissolved. Juice fresh limes until 1/4 cup of liquid is extracted and add it to the tea mixture. Sweeten with stevia to taste, 10-20 drops. Cool tea and add ice. Enjoy!

  • 1/4 cup Hibiscus leaves, dried
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves (or dried peppermint leaves)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 10-20 drops liquid stevia
