Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing

Most store bought dressings are loaded with calories and filled with dairy, sugar and other ingredients that make the benefits of eating the salad almost obsolete. Here is a healthy ranch dressing recipe made with homemade mayo that can be used on salads or as a fun dip for parties.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives

  • 2 tsp dried or fresh dill

  • 2 tsp dried or fresh parsley

  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic

  • ΒΌ tsp granulated onion

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp lemon juice, plus more as desired

  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise*

* May substitute homemade mayo with store bought "soy-free" Veganaise for an egg-free version.

 

Directions: 

  • Combined all ingredients in a bowl. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
