Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing

Most store bought dressings are loaded with calories and filled with dairy, sugar, and other ingredients that make the benefits of eating the salad almost obsolete. Here is a healthy ranch dressing recipe made with homemade mayo that can be used on salads or as a fun dip for parties.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives

  • 2 teaspoons dried or fresh dill

  • 2 teaspoons dried or fresh parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon granulated onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, plus more as desired

  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise*

* May substitute homemade mayo with store bought "soy-free" Veganaise for an egg-free version.

 instructions: 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
