Viruses – Shifting Our Focus Towards Health

Since March 2020, the coronavirus has taken center stage in nearly every nation and culture, captivating the world with unprecedented fear and concern. This has proven to be an unusual moment in history with many of us questioning the decisions and narrative of our politicians, health departments, and the ever-present social media. For most of us, the word “virus” has been synonymous with the word “sickness.” But do we really understand what a virus is? Do we have a true understanding of what causes sickness and disease? These questions are worthy of consideration, especially considering the current state of our nations’ cities, businesses, and livelihoods.

What if a virus wasn’t the most critical concern related to this situation? If we had a deeper understanding of health, it might help us view viruses, disease, and the human body differently. What if a greater knowledge of the human body, and more specifically, the way we are designed by God, could bring us closer to our Creator, who brings freedom from worry and fear? Would we be as worried about a newly discovered virus? How people and the world might be so different right now if we understood the natural laws that govern the health of our bodies.

To try and keep this a simple concept (because the human body can sure get complicated with such an amazing design), a healthy body is a clean body. We don’t just mean that you took a shower today (although yes, that’s important!). We need to have a clean body on the INSIDE. Is our colon, kidneys, liver, and other organs clean? How about our tissues? How about our lungs?

This brings us to an interesting observation. If the coronavirus is a respiratory disease, why are some affected and others not? Why do some get mild symptoms and some severe? Why are children basically untouched by this?

It is because it is not as much about the virus as we might think. It’s really about how clean your body is on the INSIDE, which ultimately equates to the strength of your immune system. If your lungs or other organs are sick, weak, and compromised, your body will struggle when encountering foreign invaders not meant to live in the human body.

Viruses and bacteria that we often call “germs” thrive in places where there are sick, damaged, unclean, and compromised tissues. However, on the other hand, these “germs" will pass through the body or even may coexist in healthy, controlled amounts within our microbiome. What is our microbiome, you may ask? The microbiome is the collection of bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and viruses that live inside and on the human body that perform many important functions that we cannot perform ourselves. In other words, we are filled with organisms that help us, and even small amounts of pathogenic or disease-causing microbes can exist in the body without any result of sickness or disease because of the protective role of other helpful microbes. However, when the microbiome is damaged and organs begin to weaken due to exposure to toxicity in our food, air, water, and environment, our systems suffer, and disease-causing microbes are given the perfect opportunity to multiply and create disease.

Here is an easy example to consider. Why do you clean a wound when you get injured? If you keep it clean and create a healthy environment, it invites helpful bacteria that live on the skin to do the job of healing! It heals quickly through the action of these marvelous bacteria that exist on your skin. If the wound does not stay clean, you begin to set up an environment that breeds pathogenic, destructive bacteria (and possibly parasites and, yes, viruses) that come in to break down, destroy, and decompose unhealthy tissue.

So, what we really should be talking about when it comes to coronavirus, or any virus for that matter, is internal health and our immune system. Instead of turning to masks, vaccines, and social distancing, we should be talking about the strength of our microbes, the backbone of our immune system.

How do we cleanse our bodies and strengthen immunity? How do we keep our lungs and other organs clean on the inside so that there isn’t a germ, bacteria, virus, or parasite that can cause problems inside these amazing bodies that God has gifted us to steward? And if you do become sick, how can you cleanse and restore the tissues back to health?

  1. Food & Clean Water: Eating quality foods and drinking fresh, clean water helps keep our tissues clean and our body healthy! One of the quickest ways to heal and cleanse the body is through fasting.

  2. Oxygen & Sunshine: Breathing fresh air and getting sunshine are critical to good health and your immune system. The body should breathe in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. This is one of many reasons that masks are dangerous and do not contribute to better health. (Every microbe out there can fit through any mask you are wearing against coronavirus; we cannot avoid encountering microbes.)

    • “The size of the virus (coronavirus) based on electron micrographs shows that the virus varies from 60 to 140 nanometers in diameter (.06 to .14 microns). N95 filters provide filtration down to .3 microns. On this basis alone, they should not be relied on for protection from small virus particles such as those of SARS-CoV-2.”  Source

  3. Movement: Exercising, or moving the body in some way, also increases oxygen, cleanses the blood, and promotes better health.

These should be the topics we are discussing in media and public circles right now. If you have a healthy body and healthy microbes on and in your body, you are less likely to get any sickness. And even if you do encounter something, your body can quickly respond and heal (like over 99% of coronavirus cases). We need to begin focusing more on health and cleanliness (inside and out) and less on masks, vaccines, and social distancing, which perpetuates fear and takes us away from understanding God’s natural design.

How to Boost Your Immune System & Cleanse Tissues from Coronavirus Quickly:

If (or when) you contract a bacterial or viral infection, we encourage you to focus on the lifestyle changes we mentioned above: food, water, air, sunshine, and movement. In addition to those, below is a list of our top product recommendations that work with the body without harming the microbiome to help build the immune system and give it everything it needs to fight off a virus naturally.
