Guilt-Free Mocha Latte
If you are looking for a healthy alternative to a mocha latte or even hot chocolate, try this Guilt-Free Mocha Latte made with healing bone broth, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.

1 teaspoon Dandy Blend
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
8oz hot water or unsweetened nut milk
Combine all ingredients in a pan and heat on medium-low. Wisk the mixture until all ingredients are well combined, and the liquid is at your desired temperature. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
To make a cold Guilt-Free Mocha Latte, simply pour the mixture over ice.
