Healing Herbal Chai Latte

This simple Chai Latte is dairy-free, caffeine-free, and packed with high-quality organic herbs that provide dozens of healing properties to the body.

Bring water to a boil and add the Chai Tea Herbal Blend. Boil the tea for 5 minutes then steep for an additional 7-10 minutes. Strain the tea and set aside (you can save the used tea blend and use up to 2x times).

Meanwhile, in a separate pan warm nut milk and whisk it to make it frothy. Once it's heated, combine the milk, the steeped chai tea, and sweetener (if using) in a mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg.

To make a cold Healing Herbal Chai Latte, simply pour the mixture over ice.
