Homemade Honey Mustard

How many of us grew up loving honey mustard dipped in chicken fingers? This sweet and tangy sauce is often loaded with sugar and unhealthy oils, so here is our version of classic honey mustard sauce using raw honey, leaving out the processed sugar, dairy and unhealthy oils.



  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise*

  • 4 T Dijon mustard

  • 2 T raw honey (or more to taste)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Dash of ginger powder

* May substitute homemade mayo with store bought "soy-free" Veganaise for egg-free version.



Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Adjust with more mustard or honey for desired taste.  Refrigerate up to 5-7 days.
