Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon, juiced (approximately 1/4 cup)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

In a small jar combine all ingredients and either stir well or close with a lid and shake until well combined.
