Our 5 Favorite “Kid-Friendly” Superfood Smoothies

These five superfood smoothies are filled with fruits, vegetables and herbs to give your kids a delicious nutrient-packed meal or snack.

BEET & BERRIES

YEILD: 32OZ

Prep time:

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, cored (red or green)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled if desired)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries)
  • 1/4 small avocado *optional
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of Beet Crystals

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  • Mighty Maca-Shake

    YIELD: 16oz | TIME: 10mins

    Tropical Delight

    YIELD: 16oz | TIME: 10mins

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

    • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango

    • 1/2 frozen banana

    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

    • 1 teaspoon Aloe Life Daily Greens

    • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

    • 1/2 cup coconut water or filtered water

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.


    Green Monkey

    YIELD: 16oz | TIME: 10mins

    Ingredients:

    • 1 frozen banana

    • 3 romaine lettuce leaves (chard works also)

    • 1 teaspoon chlorella powder

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1 Medjool date

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.


    Super-Cherry Blend
