If you have ever been to a Spirit of Health event, chances are you've had our trail mix. We love this healthy snack because it's easy to make, it travels well, and it's full of nutrients. Here's our basic trail mix recipe but you can add or remove ingredients based on your personal preferences.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
