Raw Chocolate Pudding



  • 3-4 Pitted dates

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 Tablespoons raw cacao

  • Almond, oat or other non-dairy milk to desired consistency

  • Optional: Fresh berries, mint leaves, cacao nibs or coconut flakes for topping


Blend until smooth and chill in refrigerator before serving. Top with fresh berries, cacao nibs or coconut flakes as desired.
