Raw foods rock! Raw foods are living foods, provided by a living God. All nutrients are fully intact and unadulterated. For cleansing, healing, and overall vitality, raw is best. It doesn’t mean you have to become a raw foodie, and that may change with the seasons, but just know the more raw raw, the more better.
